I ask for payment to be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the session booked, the fee to be paid will be arranged at the free 20 minute consultation and an invoice will be emailed/sent to you containing my bank details if paying via Bacs.

I ask for 24 hours notice if something arises and you can not attend the session you are booked in for. I’m aware that sometimes situations arise and this can not happen so please do contact me so as I’m aware. I will aim to give as much notice (24 hours if possible if I need to cancel a session also). If 24 hours notice is not given and the reason could have been avoided then the session will need to be paid prior to any other sessions taking place.

All information shared with me, stays with me and no information will be shared without your consent. A few exceptions to this are :- any disclosures of child/elder abuse/neglect, a court has issued a summons, in the purpose to protect individuals who are at risk of bodily harm or death because of the actions of a client or others, any disclosures of money laundering, drug trafficking or acts of terrorism.

I do take some client work to supervision so as to help in the best way possible but I do not use any personal information.

I do make brief notes in relation to the sessions but these are kept in a secure private place.

I ask that no alcohol or substances are used within a session.

That you agree to seek medical assistance if required for example in the case of serious self harm.

That you are not verbally/physically abusive within the session, if this happens then I will end the session and any upcoming sessions.

I ask (unless other wise agreed) that the only contact to be made outside of a session is to cancel/rearrange a session.

If you was to have any complaints that you feel you can not discuss within the session then you can do so by contacting NCPS.

I ensure to abide by the ethical guidelines outlined on the NCPS website.

I will ensure to send you a copy of my contract with all of the above on prior to therapy commencing.
